From 10 to 17 June, guests at Haus Jausern had the unique opportunity to participate in the Breathwork workshop with Verena Helfer. This week of intensive breathwork offered participants a transformative journey to experience and harness the amazing power of breathing. Objectives in Breathwork include stress reduction, trauma work, balance and resilience. Physiological effects such as strengthening the immune system, reducing blood pressure and improving heart rhythm stability are automatic side effects. The rhythms, intensities, music and framework of breathing techniques vary accordingly. The workshop week at Haus Jausern offered participants a unique opportunity to connect with others and grow in a supportive community.
