Our kitchen team prepares a daily variety of dishes that combine regional delicacies with international influences. With fresh, local ingredients and a perfect blend of traditional and modern recipes, you’ll experience pure enjoyment. We focus on regional and high-quality products.
In winter, Haus Jausern offers a range of exclusive inclusive services to make your stay even more enjoyable. As a hotel on the slopes, you can purchase your ski pass for the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn directly at our reception.
Your own lockable locker is available for your ski equipment in our video-monitored ski cellar. This means you can slip into your dry and warm ski boots in the morning and head straight to the slopes.
Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet every day, which gives you the perfect start to the day to replenish your energy reserves before skiing. Relax in the wellness area with sauna and steam bath or book a relaxing massage.
After arrival, you can park your car in our free underground car park. E-charging stations are available for a small fee of €18 per charge. If you arrive by public transport, we will pick you up free of charge from the train station in Zell am See or Saalfelden.

When do the lifts and slopes open?
Depending on snow conditions, the Saalbach Hinterglemm mountain railways usually start operating at the end of November or beginning of December. We start our winter season on 11 December. You can find detailed information about which facilities are open on the Saalbach mountain railways website, which is updated daily, or directly from us.
What events take place during the winter opening?
We are opening the winter season on 11 December – just in time for Rave on Snow, the legendary electronic music festival in Saalbach. For those who prefer to start Advent in a more relaxed manner, our ‘Breath & Herbs’ retreat will take place from 13 to 16 December – a retreat format for more energy, mindfulness and regeneration during the quiet season. So there’s something for everyone: beats or balance – whatever suits your mood.
How is everything organised in terms of ski equipment, ski passes and activities?
It’s very straightforward: you can get your ski pass directly from our reception desk – no need to queue at the valley station. We are happy to organise your ski equipment together with our partner Sport Hagleitner: from the latest ski models to the right helmet, everything can be conveniently reserved on site. And if you want to take a break from skiing, there are many alternatives around Haus Jausern – winter hiking, spa, yoga or simply relaxing hours in the outdoor pool with a view of the snow-covered mountains.
