We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance – it can save you a lot of trouble if the worst comes to the worst. Please understand that we cannot waive the fees incurred if you cancel or rebook outside the applicable deadlines, as we also incur costs as a result of the cancellation. We must also charge for the booked stay in the event of early departure. However, we will be happy to issue you with a cancellation invoice for your insurance at any time.
